• Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.50 per hour

Meet Our Client

A young man in his early 20s lives with his family in Stockport and requires 1:1 support to meet his complex care needs both during the day and overnight.

He is a friendly, affectionate individual with a great sense of humour and a real zest for life. He loves spending time with others, sharing laughter, and enjoying the simple pleasures of daily life. His interests include watching TV, listening to music, playing on his iPad, and spending quality time with his family and care team.

During the day, you will support him with all aspects of personal care, moving and handling, and clinical care tasks, while encouraging him to take part in his favourite hobbies and daily routines. You will promote his safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times, creating a positive and supportive environment where he can thrive.

At night, your role will include providing personal care, monitoring his clinical needs, and ensuring he remains comfortable and settled throughout.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Children’s care experience
