Meet Our Client

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support a gentleman in his late 40s who lives at home with his family in Leicester. He enjoys using his computer, spending time in the community, visiting the theatre, and watching his favourite football team.

You will provide 2:1 care, including personal care, moving and handling, and supporting his clinical needs. During the day you will help him access the community and maintain his independence, and during the night you will ensure he is safe, comfortable and able to rest.

This is a part-time role working 2–3 shifts per week, with a mix of day shifts (9am–9pm) and night sleep-ins (9pm–9am, with a sleep period from 12am–7am).

Pay rates are £13.50 - £15.50 for day shifts.

Night sleep-in shifts are paid at a shift rate of £137.50 per night (9pm–9am).

Please note, drivers are preferred but not essential if you have reliable transport to travel to and from the client’s home.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
