Meet Our Client

We are looking for compassionate, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team supporting 7-year-old twin girls with highly complex care needs in the Wakefield area. This is a 2:1 role, always working alongside a Registered Nurse, to ensure safe, high-quality, and specialist care.

In this rewarding position, you will help the girls engage in a variety of stimulating activities such as story time, interactive reading, drawing, sensory play, and other development-focused tasks. Creating a calm, nurturing, and encouraging environment will be central to your day-to-day work.

You will provide tailored support across both home and educational settings, assisting with personal care, medication administration, and a range of clinical interventions required as part of their complex care package. The role also includes supporting the girls on community outings including trips to the library, wildlife park, and weekend day excursions helping promote their social interaction, enjoyment, and engagement with the world around them.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
