Meet Our Client

We are building a new care team in Stony Straford, Buckinghamshire, to support a young girl with complex clinical care needs in her own home. She enjoys engaging in play, painting and listening to music, and is looking for a friendly, compassionate and engaging care team to provide dedicated overnight support.

Care is delivered across 10-hour night shifts, 7 nights per week, allowing us to offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. As part of her care team, you will complete regular observations and manage her clinical interventions as required, always ensuring her safety and wellbeing.

Alongside this, you will provide reassurance, comfort and emotional support, helping her to feel safe, settled and supported in her home environment.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
