Meet Our Client

We are seeking caring, reliable, and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a lady with complex care needs in her own home.

She is a warm and engaging woman with a wide range of interests, including animals, music, television, games, and social outings. She particularly enjoys being active in the community, discovering new places, and maintaining a busy social life. A fan of Charmed, she has an extensive collection of memorabilia and merchandise that she loves.

During sleep-in shifts, you will support her with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and any clinical care required to ensure her comfort and well-being throughout the night.

During day shifts, you will assist with personal care, medication, meals, and any clinical needs, while actively supporting her participation in outings, social activities, and hobbies.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, patient, and attentive, with a genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest and building a positive, trusting relationship.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
