Meet Our Clients

We’re excited to be expanding our services in Northwich, supporting adults with complex clinical care needs. We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

In this role, you’ll assist with their clinical needs and daily care routines while also encouraging clients to enjoy their hobbies and interests. This may include spending quality time at home, supporting social activities, or accompanying clients on community outings.

You’ll also play a key role in providing overnight support, assisting with bedtime routines, offering reassurance and companionship, and remaining attentive and responsive to care needs throughout the night to ensure comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
