In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a real difference. You’ll lead clinical interventions, support daily care routines, and help clients live life to the fullest, from enjoying quality time with family and friends to getting out and about in the community.

During night shifts, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients’ individual needs, remaining vigilant and responsive while creating a calm, reassuring environment that promotes comfort, safety, and a restful night’s sleep.

Our clients have specifically requested female care staff to join their team.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Experience or exposure with complex care
