Meet Our Client

We are pleased to be expanding our services in Telford and are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a 3-year-old boy with complex clinical care needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver dedicated 1:1, child-centred care within his family home and out in the community. You will play a vital role in supporting his health, comfort, development, and overall wellbeing. Your duties will include providing high-quality clinical care, supporting all aspects of personal care, and assisting with his daily routines in a calm, gentle, and reassuring manner.

He loves to interact with others and play, so a key part of this role is encouraging engagement in activities he enjoys, helping to support his development while creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where he feels happy, secure, and supported.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, and moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
