• Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
• Shifts: Part Time| Nights|10pm – 8am| Alternate Weekends Required

Meet Our Client We are supporting a young man in his late teens with clinical and complex care needs. He is a calm, happy individual who lives at home with his family in Blackburn.

He enjoys watching cartoons, listening to music, and engaging in sensory play. In particular, he loves the texture of soft items, such as his favourite blanket and soft, fluffy toys, which bring him comfort and enjoyment.

He requires full assistance with personal care, mobility, and clinical interventions. Overnight, you will need to be highly vigilant to his care needs, providing regular monitoring to ensure his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

At night, he will be settled in bed before the care team arrives. He may wake briefly during the night and enjoy a short period of play before settling back to sleep.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
