Meet Our Client We are looking for kind and reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide 2:1 daytime care for a delightful 7-year-old girl in her family home.

She enjoys sensory-based activities such as music and nursery rhymes, cartoons, sensory toys and blankets, gentle interaction, and being around familiar people. She takes comfort in routine and enjoys watching her siblings at play.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting her complex clinical needs throughout the day. You will provide hands-on assistance with tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and airway suctioning to ensure her airway remains clear and her breathing is consistently and effectively supported.

You will also closely monitor her condition, remaining vigilant for any signs of respiratory distress, changes in ventilator performance, or seizure activity, and respond promptly and appropriately to maintain her safety and wellbeing.

Working alongside other HCAs and her family, you will help create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment where her clinical needs are managed confidently and her wellbeing remains the priority.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confidence with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
