Meet Our Client

We’re looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a cheerful 6-year-old boy who lives with his family in Great Malvern.

He enjoys laughter, playtime, and watching Hey Duggee, and we’re looking for someone who can build a positive and trusting relationship with him while providing safe, high-quality care.

You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, help create a safe and engaging environment, support all his clinical requirements, and enable him to access his favourite activities.

This is a rewarding 1:1 role within a relaxed home environment, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering meaningful care and making a genuine difference every shift.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 months’ care experience
• Confident in moving and handling and personal care
• Clear communication skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Comfortable around pets and animals
• Clinical experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
