Meet Our Client We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 support for an adult male with complex care needs in his home.

He has full capacity and communicates his needs clearly, so it is important that his care team builds a positive relationship by engaging with him in conversation and supporting the activities he enjoys.

He has a keen interest in watching films, using his laptop, and astronomy, and enjoys getting out into the community for meals, museum visits, concerts, and summer festivals. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, supporting his medication, mobility, nutrition, respiratory needs, and ventilation, providing extra support if he is unwell.

During the day, you will support him with both his clinical care needs and community engagement, helping him remain active and involved in the activities he enjoys.

Overnight, he typically settles later in the evening and requires ongoing monitoring while using ventilation.

Please note that our client has a family dog, so applicants must be comfortable around pets.

What You’ll Need

A valid NMC PIN held for a minimum of 12 months Registered Nurse actively practicing Experience with oxygen administration Experience with oral suctioning Experience with PEG feeding Experience with non-invasive ventilation (NIV)
