Pay: £14.00 - £17.00 Per Hour

Shifts: Part-Time | Days & Evenings | 20–24 Hours Available Per Week | Variety of Shifts

About This Role

You will be supporting a friendly 19-year-old woman who lives at home with her loving family and adored cats.

She enjoys being read to, taking peaceful walks through beautiful gardens, volunteering at her local baby charity, spending time with her cat, and attending college. She enjoys being around others and getting involved in activities that are meaningful to her.

As part of her support team, you will provide person-centred care tailored to her individual needs and preferences. This will include supporting with daily living, personal care, continence care and medication administration.

You will also encourage and support her to access college, social and community activities, helping her build confidence, maintain her independence and enjoy a fulfilling and active lifestyle.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence
