Meet Our Client

We are seeking kind, compassionate, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a bright and joyful young girl on a 2:1 basis.

She has a fun-loving personality, thrives on interaction, and enjoys spending time with people who bring positivity and energy to her day. She loves all things musical, especially when her care team sings along with her, as well as being pampered, attending school, spending time with friends, and getting out into the community with her mum and care team.

During night shifts, you will provide attentive overnight support, closely monitoring her clinical needs, including her ventilation requirements, and ensuring she remains safe, comfortable, and well supported throughout the night.

We are looking for someone who is patient, playful, and caring, with a genuine passion for supporting children to live happy, fulfilling lives and achieve the best possible quality of life.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 months’ care experience
• Confident supporting with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Pet friendly – there are 3 cats in the property
• Experience or exposure to complex and clinical care
