Meet Our Client

We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her late 60s within her own home, providing high-quality, person-centred care.

In this role, you will provide overnight support and reassurance, ensuring her safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

Duties may include assisting with personal care, supporting mobility, responding to care needs as they arise, monitoring wellbeing, and completing light household tasks where required.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering dignified, person-centred care and supporting individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 3 months’ care experience
• Confident in administering medication, delivering personal care, and supporting moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
