• Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 Per hour
• Shifts: Full Time & Part Time | Nights: 10:30pm-9:30am

Meet Our Client

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a specialist care team supporting a wonderful 2-year-old boy in his family home.

He is a gentle, happy, and affectionate little boy who enjoys being around people, engaging in familiar activities, and spending time with those who provide him with comfort and reassurance.

As part of his dedicated 1:1 care team, you will play an important role in supporting his health, wellbeing, and quality of life, enabling him to remain safely at home with his family.

This is a 1:1 care package providing person-centred support across both day shifts and waking nights.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and personal care, ensuring his comfort, safety, and wellbeing at all times.

Duties will include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• PEG feeding, including nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
• Seizure management
• Personal care and nappy changes
• Moving and handling support
• Monitoring and responding to changes in health and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Working closely with family members and healthcare professionals

What You'll need

• Minimum 3 months’ care experience
• Confidence in medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
• Clear communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
