Meet Our Client

We are looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a gentleman in his 50s within his own home.

He is an active and sociable individual who enjoys spending time in the community, taking part in meaningful activities, listening to music, and relaxing with his favourite Netflix shows, including Grey's Anatomy.

In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support with his daily routine, promoting his independence, comfort, and wellbeing.

Day shifts may involve supporting community access, social activities, and daily living tasks, while night shifts focus on personal care, bedtime routines, overnight monitoring, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life as part of a dedicated and supportive care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
• Catheter care in line with care plan requirements
• Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Assistance with daily living tasks and routines
• Companionship and emotional reassurance
• Night-time monitoring and responding to care needs

  What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 months’ hands-on care experience
• Confident with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
• Clear communication skills
• A Full UK Driving Licence
