• Location: Darlington, DL1
• Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.50 Per hour
• Shifts: Part Time | Day shifts | 8am - 8pm

Meet Our Client

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a friendly lady in her 30s with complex care needs in her own home.

She has a great sense of humour and enjoys animals, jigsaws, board games, watching television, and collecting Charmed memorabilia. She also enjoys accessing the community, including shopping trips, bowling, and visits to local arcades.

In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred care tailored to her individual needs, supporting with personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and clinical interventions, including PEG feeding and ventilation support.

We are looking for caring and dependable individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference and supporting her to live a full and enjoyable life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
• Administering medication as required
• Assisting with Moving & Handling
• Supporting daily routines and community access
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to care needs
• PEG feeding
• Ventilation management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, and Moving & Handling
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Pet friendly
