Location: Chester, CH

Pay: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour

Shifts: Part Time Nights | 8pm - 8am

About This Role

We are expanding our services across Chester and the surrounding areas and are looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to a gentleman in his mid-40s with complex clinical needs, supporting him in the comfort of his own home.

You will help him live as independently and comfortably as possible by providing all aspects of his personal care, assisting with his clinical interventions, and ensuring his health, safety, dignity, and wellbeing are always maintained.

By building a positive and trusting relationship, you will empower him to achieve the best possible quality of life while promoting his choice, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
