Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

Shifts: Full Time & Part Time Days: 8:00am - 8:00pm | Part Time Nights | 8:00pm - 8:00am

About This Role

We are expanding our services across Chester and the surrounding areas and are looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to a gentleman in his mid-40s with clinical needs, supporting him in the comfort of his own home.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing clinical interventions, and providing attentive overnight support to ensure his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the shift. You will remain vigilant to his needs, responding promptly and professionally while promoting his dignity and independence at all times.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
