• Shifts: : Full Time | Days | Monday, Friday & Saturday | 7:00am–10:00pm and 8:00am–6:00pm

About This Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a friendly and outgoing gentleman who enjoys living life to the fullest.

He leads a busy and active lifestyle and loves being involved in his local community. A passionate football supporter and lifelong Wolves fan, he enjoys attending matches and regularly spends weekends watching Telford League football. He enjoys social interaction and a wide range of activities, including pottery, drama, dance, yoga, and Funky Friday discos.

With an established and rewarding weekly routine, he is keen to continue exploring new opportunities and experiences within the community.

We are looking for individuals who share his positive outlook, enjoy supporting people to achieve their goals, and are committed to helping him maintain his independence and active lifestyle.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• A full UK manual driving licence, with the ability to drive the service user's adapted vehicle.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
