Meet Our Client

We are supporting a young boy who lives at home with his family in Solihull. He has a love for music and singing, and enjoys exploring sensory toys and lighting. He is especially fond of balloons, his floor piano, and watching his favourite cartoons, particularly Mr Tumble.

This is a highly rewarding role for an engaging and attentive Healthcare Assistant to provide specialist, person-centred care tailored to his complex clinical needs. You will support him to access the activities he enjoys while ensuring he is safe, comfortable, and well-supported at all times.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who are alert, reliable, and confident in recognising and responding to his clinical needs. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, think quickly, and respond appropriately in emergency situations, while maintaining a reassuring and professional presence.

A proactive approach is essential, along with the ability to read his cues and adapt support to ensure his wellbeing, engagement, and safety throughout the day.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 months’ care experience
• Confidence in medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling
• Strong communication skills
• Experience or exposure to epilepsy care
• A genuine interest in working with children
