About This Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a gentleman living in his own home.

He enjoys watching TV, films, and spending time with his much-loved French Bulldog, so we're looking for someone with a warm, friendly, and caring approach.

In this role, you'll support with personal care, mobility, daily routines, and complex clinical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator care. You'll work closely with the client's family and the wider care team to deliver safe, consistent care while maintaining clear communication and accurate handovers.

You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team that is committed to helping you build confidence, develop your clinical skills, and succeed in delivering high-quality complex care.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and adult-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Pet Friendly- Our client has a pet dog within the home.
