Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Location: Buxton, SK23

Pay: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (plus travel contribution)

Shifts: Full Time & Part Time | Days | 7:30am - 7:30pm | Alternate weekends required

About This Role

We're looking for compassionate, confident Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his 50’s to live independently in his own home.

This isn't just about providing care, it's about helping him achieve the things that matter most to him.

He loves spending time outdoors, enjoys trips to the park, attending his local church for tea and coffee mornings, and is a devoted Manchester United supporter. One of his biggest goals is to attend a Manchester United match with his son. Having the right support enables him to access his community, maintain meaningful social connections and enjoy the activities he loves.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
