About This Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a lovely 2-year-old girl who lives at home with her family.

She is a happy, curious and energetic little girl who loves spending time with her mum and sister. Affectionately known as a “wild child”, she enjoys outdoor play, especially exploring leaves, sensory activities, emptying and refilling her toy box, and watching Ms Rachel.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide skilled clinical and personal care tailored to her individual needs, while engaging her in meaningful and therapeutic activities that support her development, wellbeing and enjoyment.

During the day, you’ll support her with her daily routines, personal care, clinical needs and activities, encouraging her curiosity and helping her make the most of her day. During night shifts, you’ll carry out required clinical interventions, remain vigilant to her needs and monitor her condition, ensuring she is safe, comfortable and settled throughout the night.

Working closely with her family and wider care team, you’ll provide consistent, high-quality care and play an important role in helping her thrive safely and happily at home.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex clinical healthcare needs is essential.

The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management, specifically Nippy 4
• TPN administration and central line awareness

  Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Have a minimum of 12 months' post-registration clinical experience.
• Have the right to work in the UK.*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
