Meet Our Client

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 support to an 18-year-old young man with complex clinical needs.

Support will be provided within his home, in the community, and during school transport routines.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will provide person-centred care, clinical support, mobility assistance, and help with daily living activities. You will play an important role in promoting his comfort, safety, independence, and overall wellbeing, while supporting him to live a fulfilling and enjoyable life.

He enjoys music, sensory lights, watching television, and spending time in the community. He is sociable and responds well to people who are friendly, engaging, patient, and attentive. Building a positive relationship and meaningful connection with him will be a key part of this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to build trust and rapport, encourage independence wherever possible, and contribute positively to a supportive and respectful care environment.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• A full UK driving licence is essential
