Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour

Shifts: Part-Time Nights | 11:00pm – 9:00am

About This Role

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and engaging Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a cheerful 6-year-old boy within his family home.

He is a bright and affectionate little boy who enjoys sensory play, books, toys, YouTube, cuddles, tickles, and lots of interaction with the people around him. He thrives in a fun, nurturing, and supportive environment, so we are looking for someone kind, patient, and enthusiastic who can build a positive and trusting relationship with him and his family.

Your role will involve supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and close clinical monitoring throughout your shift to ensure he remains safe, comfortable, and settled always.

You will also support with chest physiotherapy, dressing, hygiene routines, and providing reassurance, comfort, and emotional support in a calm and caring manner.

We are looking for professional and reliable individuals who understand the importance of family-centred care and can work closely with the family to create a safe, happy, and supportive home environment.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex clinical needs is essential. The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:

• Essential PEG feeding experience

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
