About This Role

We are seeking patient and caring Healthcare Assistants to support a bright, independent teenage girl with a fun and outgoing personality within her home environment.

She has a great sense of humour and enjoys social interaction, spending time with friends, and taking part in baking and other fun, hands-on activities. She also loves listening to music and values a consistent routine, including relaxing bubble baths twice a week, which she particularly enjoys.

She is actively involved in her own care and is confident in expressing her preferences and needs.

The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and compassionate, with the ability to build a positive and trusting relationship while supporting her independence and daily routines.

We offer permanent contracts of employment, paid attendance for training, and we cover the cost of DBS checks.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:

• Enteral feeding
• TPN

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Additional requirements, such as a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle or previous clinical experience, should also be included here.
• Be pet friendly, as the client has a cat.
