Meet Our Client We’re expanding our services in Greenwich and the surrounding areas and are looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children with clinical needs. In this rewarding role, you will support clients in their own homes and communities, providing tailored care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include clinical interventions, personal care support, and enabling clients to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You’ll support individuals to enjoy everyday experiences such as spending time with family and friends, attending community activities, and engaging in hobbies and interests. Evening shifts may include bedtime routines, offer reassurance, companionship, and attentive overnight support where required. When supporting younger clients, you will encourage engagement through play and activities that support development. This may include arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities, helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. What You’ll Need At least 3 months’ care experience Confidence with at least two of the following: medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling *Complex care experience is essential, including experience with areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, or PEG feeding.
