Children's Healthcare Assistant

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant with a passion for supporting children? Join our growing team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care to children and young people with complex healthcare needs in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Children's Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping children live safely and independently while supporting their families. Working alongside experienced clinical teams, you'll provide high-quality care tailored to everyone’s needs.

Your role may include:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Tracheostomy care
• PEG feeding
• Ventilation support
• Medication support
• Other complex clinical interventions
• Promoting independence, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement in everyday activities

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
• Willing to support children with clinical care needs
• Engaging, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care
