About This Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a young man in his 20s within his family home in Bawtry.

You will provide day, evening and night support, assisting with his daily routine, personal care and clinical needs while promoting his comfort, dignity, safety and wellbeing.

He is non-verbal and communicates through his expressions and behaviours, so a patient, observant and intuitive approach is essential. He enjoys sensory activities, music, colourful programmes such as Minions and spending time in a calm environment.

Working alongside his family and wider care team, you will provide consistent, person-centred care and build a positive, trusting relationship while supporting his independence and quality of life.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence to work day shifts and short calls.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
