Meet Our Client

We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live-In Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her late 60s within her own home, providing high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Live-In Healthcare Assistant, you will reside in our client's home during your placement, providing dedicated 1:1 support while promoting her independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your client and make a genuine difference every day.

Your role will include assisting with personal care, supporting mobility, administering or prompting medication where required, preparing meals, assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, monitoring her wellbeing, and carrying out light household duties to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals with previous care experience who are passionate about delivering person-centred care.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 3 months’ care experience
• Confident in administering medication, delivering personal care, and supporting moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
