About This Role

Are you a compassionate, bubbly, and engaging Healthcare Assistant looking to make a real difference?

We're looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a friendly gentleman in his 40s who lives with his family in Birmingham. He has complex clinical needs and requires person-centred support throughout the day, whether at home, out in the community, or attending the day centre he loves.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care, including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and meeting his clinical care needs. You'll play an important role in promoting his comfort, independence, safety, and overall wellbeing.

This gentleman enjoys leading an active and fulfilling life and loves spending time at his day centre, where he takes part in activities such as cooking, painting, bingo, and the weekly disco. We're looking for Healthcare Assistants with a positive attitude who can encourage his interests, build meaningful relationships, and bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
