About This Role

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a wonderful 7-year-old boy with complex care needs in his family home.

He enjoys spending time with his family, watching Mr Tumble and Andy's Adventures, and taking part in his home-schooling activities. He thrives with carers who are patient, engaging, and encourage him to learn, play, and explore the world around him.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care, support his daily routine, assist with his clinical care needs, and encourage play, learning, and social interaction. You'll become a trusted member of his support network, helping him remain safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy the activities he loves.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Must be comfortable working around pets as our client has a pet cat.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Must be fluent in both Urdu and Punjabi.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
