About This Role
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a dedicated care team supporting a friendly gentleman as he transitions from rehabilitation back to his home in Walkden.
He is a sociable gentleman who enjoys music, particularly blues, jazz and rock, and is a keen Manchester City supporter. He enjoys watching the news, discussing politics and current affairs, and is looking forward to regaining his independence, reconnecting with his community, and enjoying the things he loves.
As part of his care team, you will provide person-centred nursing support, working 3:1 during the day alongside two Healthcare Assistants and 2:1 overnight alongside a Healthcare Assistant.
Your role will include clinical care, personal care support, moving and handling, and promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Training in Southport is required before discharge, providing the opportunity to become familiar with his needs and build a strong relationship before he returns home.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex clinical healthcare needs is essential.
This may include experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation management, enteral feeding, seizure management, spinal injuries or other complex clinical interventions.
