About This Role
We are expanding our services in Lowestoft and are looking for caring and committed Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting an 18-month-old little girl with complex clinical needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in supporting her transition from hospital back to her family home in Lowestoft, where she will receive overnight care. She enjoys music, sensory activities, and books.
We're looking for someone who is caring, patient, and enjoys spending time engaging with her while providing the support she needs. Your role will be to provide person-centred care, helping her feel safe, comfortable, and supported while enabling her family to settle into life together at home.
Throughout your shift, you will provide personal care, assist with moving and handling, administer medication, and support her complex clinical needs. You will also closely monitor her wellbeing, responding to her needs with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
By providing high-quality overnight care, you'll help give her family the confidence and support they need as they begin this new chapter at home.
