About This Role We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team, supporting children and adults with complex healthcare needs to live safely and independently in their own homes across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Your role will include personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, clinical interventions following training, monitoring health and wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records, and supporting individuals to enjoy their hobbies, education, social activities, and community life while promoting independence and choice. We're looking for caring, reliable individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children or adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
