About This Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a lady in her 50s with complex clinical needs as she transitions from a specialist neurological rehabilitation setting to her family home in Warrington.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, including personal care, moving and handling, and complex clinical support, while promoting her comfort, dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Both day and night shifts involve delivering clinical and personal care. Day shifts focus on companionship, rehabilitation, and meaningful activities, while night shifts focus on maintaining her comfort, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring her needs are met throughout the night.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
