About This Role

We’re currently supporting children in Stourport and the surrounding areas and are looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each child’s individual needs.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support children with their daily routines, including bedtime routines, while providing companionship, reassurance, and attentive support.

You will play an important role in helping them feel comfortable, safe, and supported while encouraging independence and helping them enjoy everyday experiences.

You will have the opportunity to engage children in activities they enjoy, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities, creating meaningful moments and

supporting their development and wellbeing.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Be comfortable working in a home environment with animals.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
