About This Role

We are seeking compassionate Healthcare assistants to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a young girl with complex clinical needs within her family home.

She is a sociable little girl who enjoys being around people, listening to songs and stories, exploring sensory activities, and playing with colourful lights and tactile toys.

She loves attending school and thrives with encouragement, interaction, and meaningful engagement.

In this role, you will provide person-centred care, support her daily routines, deliver specialist clinical care and help ensure her comfort, safety, and wellbeing both during the day and overnight.

You will become a trusted member of her care team, building a positive relationship with both her and her family while helping her live life to the fullest in a safe and nurturing environment.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
