About This Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a wonderful two-year-old girl with complex healthcare needs in her family home.

She is a happy and engaging young girl who enjoys playing with age-appropriate, sensory, and light-up toys, watching Peppa Pig and Cocomelon, listening to music, and going out for walks in her pushchair.

She lives at home with her parents and older sister, who are looking for caring and committed individuals to become a valued part of her support team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, 1:1 person-centred care, supporting her with her daily routines and clinical needs while helping her remain comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy life at home with her family.

We are looking for patient, attentive individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference to a child's life, while building a strong, trusting relationship with both her and her family.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children with complex care needs.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
