About This Role

We are looking for compassionate, confident, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a lady on a 2:1 care basis in her own home.

Our client receives 24/7 care on a 2:1 basis, covering both day and night shifts. You will provide person-centred support with her complex care needs, personal care, and medication, while promoting her dignity, independence, and quality of life.

She is a passionate Manchester United fan, with hopes of attending a match with her care team, and loves fashion and makeup. Looking and feeling her best is very important to her, so building a positive relationship and supporting her interests is a key part of the role.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
