About This Role We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a gentleman in his 60s living in his own home.

Our client is a friendly, polite gentleman with a great sense of humour who enjoys interacting with his care team. He can communicate his needs well and likes to direct his own care, enabling him to remain as independent as possible.

At home, our client enjoys listening to music, using his Alexa, and spending time with his loving family. He is a devoted grandfather who shares a close bond with his grandchildren, who bring great joy and happiness to his life.

In this role, you will become a trusted member of his care team, support his clinical needs, personal care, mobility, and daily routines while promoting his dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required. We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
