About This Role

Are you a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant looking for a rewarding night role?

We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 overnight support to a young girl in her teens within her own home.

She has complex care needs and requires support with a range of clinical and personal care tasks throughout the night.

You will provide attentive 1:1 support, remain alert throughout the shift and respond promptly to any clinical or care needs when required.

She is a fun-loving young girl who enjoys football, rugby, films such as Moana and Paddington, cinema trips, and having her hair and nails done.

We’re looking for someone who is kind, patient, reliable and confident supporting complex care needs, with a genuine passion for providing person-centred care.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Be comfortable working in a home environment with pets.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
