About This Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a young man living in his own home.

Our client is a friendly and sociable young man who enjoys spending time with his friends at school, playing on his PlayStation and watching football. He’s a passionate Manchester City supporter and enjoys going for walks in the community with his family and friends.

In this rewarding role, you’ll support with personal care, mobility, daily routines and complex clinical needs, including ventilator care. You’ll work closely with his family and the wider care team to provide safe, consistent and person-centred care, while maintaining clear communication and accurate handovers.

During the night, you’ll carry out regular observations, manage his clinical interventions and remain vigilant to his needs, providing support and reassurance when required. In the morning, you’ll assist with his personal care and help prepare him for the day ahead.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and adult-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
