Job Title: Healthcare Assistant Location: Northampton Pay: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour Shifts: Full Time and Part Time Nights | 9:30pm to 7:30am

About This Role

We are looking for a caring and dependable Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 overnight care to a teenager with complex needs in their own home.

The role will involve providing personalised support throughout the night, including monitoring their wellbeing, ensuring they are comfortable and safe, and providing support when required.

You will work closely with the family and wider care team to provide consistent, high-quality care and help support their comfort, wellbeing and independence. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys providing personalised care and making a positive difference to a young person’s life

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
