About This Role

We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Night Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 support to a lady in her late 60s in her own home.

You will provide person-centred care throughout the night, helping her feel safe, comfortable and reassured while promoting her dignity, independence and wellbeing. The role will involve supporting with personal care and bedtime routines, safe mobility, repositioning and transfers, medication administration or prompting where appropriate, toileting and continence care.

You will monitor her wellbeing, respond to any changes or needs, provide reassurance and companionship, prepare light refreshments and complete light household duties to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
