About This Role

Join our team of Bank Nurses and make a meaningful difference across the West Midlands.

We are looking for Registered Nurses to support children, young people and adults with complex care needs in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living with long-term or life-limiting conditions, using your clinical skills to support their health, wellbeing and independence.

The role offers flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, family commitments and availability. With a variety of care packages available, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across different settings while working as part of a supportive team that values your skills and expertise.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting either adults or children with complex clinical healthcare needs is essential.

The following clinical competencies are also essential:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• Enteral feeding
• Bowel management
• Manual and mechanical cough assist

  Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult or Children's).
• Have a minimum of 12 months' post-registration clinical experience.
• Have the right to work in the UK.*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
