About This Role

We’re looking for caring, reliable and confident Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman in his own home.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, helping with his daily care needs and supporting him to enjoy his time at home and in the community.

He enjoys going shopping, watching TV and spending time in his garden.

He is a big football fan and enjoys supporting Manchester United. He also enjoys going out on day trips and would love to visit the coast, so you’ll support him to get out and enjoy activities in the community.

Night shifts involve supporting him with his usual bedtime routine and providing care when required throughout the night.

We’re looking for someone with a caring and patient approach who is confident supporting adults with complex care needs.

You’ll need to be reliable, attentive and comfortable providing both personal and clinical care.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Comfortable working in a home with dogs.
