Job Title: Children’s Registered Nurse

Location: Milton Keynes, MK46

Pay: £40.00 per hour

Shifts: Part Time | Days | Term Time: 3:15pm - 8pm & 3:15pm - 8:45pm

Shifts: One Weekend Per Month | 8pm - 8am & 8am - 8pm

About This Role

We are looking for an energetic and caring Children’s Registered Nurse to support a happy and affectionate young boy in Milton Keynes.

He loves bathtime and swimming, attending school, going for walks, and sitting by the washing machine watching it go round.

You will provide specialist clinical care tailored to his individual needs, ensuring he receives safe, high-quality support within his own home. You will monitor his wellbeing, manage his clinical needs, and provide care in line with his personalised care plan.

You’ll play an important role in supporting him after school and at weekends, helping him to feel comfortable, safe and supported while encouraging him to enjoy the activities and things he loves most.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex clinical healthcare needs is essential.

This experience includes working with children with the following clinical interventions:

• Seizure Management
• Gastronomy Care

  Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult or Children's).
• Have a minimum of 12 months' post-registration clinical experience.
• Have the right to work in the UK.*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
• Experience of working with children.
• Seizure Management – minimum of 6 months.
• Gastronomy Care.
