About This Role A young man in his teens lives at home with his mum in Norwich and enjoys sensory activities, arts and crafts, music, and being part of his local community.

He has recently joined a local singing choir, which he thoroughly enjoys and finds very rewarding.

As a valued member of his care team, you will play an important role in ensuring he feels safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the day and night. This includes providing high-quality, person-centred care such as personal care, manual handling, and support with his clinical needs, while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

During the day, you will encourage his independence, support him to enjoy his favourite activities, and help him engage with his family and local community.

Overnight, you will provide reassurance, respond promptly to his needs, and promote a comfortable and restful environment. Throughout every shift, his dignity, comfort, wellbeing, and individual needs will always be prioritised.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
